Q: How long will
it take to receive my custom made items?
A: Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of
items. I will not send item until your after your check clears. You will be
apprised of progress via email
Q: Returns -
A: If you are not happy with your item/s for any reason, we will gladly refund
you money after the return of the item. I ask that you return the item within 3
days of receipt. The item must be in new, unworn condition as when received,
with all tags attached.
Q: What if it wears out the first time I
wear it?
A: I've never had that happen to one of my garments, but there is always a first
- I'll gladly replace it as long as you feel it was regular ware and it just
didn't hold up.
Q: Shipping cost
A: The Hooded Hare does not charge our valued customers for shipping item to
them within the US, but you will need to pay for shipping to return it to me.
Q: International Shipping costs?
A: Customers outside the US will be asked to pay for shipping of items, but only
for exact shipping charges to the destination. There is no "handling" fee or any
additional fees.
Q: Who makes all these things?
A: I do, with my own two little hands and a lot of thread.
Q: Where are these items constructed?
A: All garment construction and finishing is done right here in my own studio in
San Francisco, CA USA
